Found Pogies rather easily just off the beach at Lorie Wilson
Park south of Port Canaveral. Was really easy
getting them except that we had to dodge some early morning rain and
lightning bolts. We also had to hang out along the
beach while the storm moved offshore and cleared the north end of Pelican
Flats. My youngest son John and his girlfriend
Autumn went with me and Autumn caught her first deep sea fish today. As
can be seen below it was a pretty good sized kingfish at that.
The Cobia John caught sure tasted great for dinner tonight.
