Decided to go fishing again today with my friend Loren Rapport and my my dad. Really glad I did take the day off. Started the day tossing the cast net for finger mullet and got a couple of dozen on the first toss. Then we went through the locks and down to the pier for a few pogies as well. Again, one toss of the net yielded more than I could lift into the boat so we let some go and filled a nearby boats well with pogs. Then off to pelican with my dad sprawled out on the beanbag. Started slow trolling pogs and got into the dolphin, "go figure"! Picked up three 12# - 15# dolphin with as many "Palm Beach" releases, bummer. Continued ou quest for kings an managed to pick up 2 small ones, already off the smoker. Finished the day trolling and we picked up another 6 dolphin. Total tally for the day 9 dolphin, 2 kings, a beautiful day, and a lot of fun. Gee I love this place!!!!!!!!!
