Dan "the man",  Tyler "8 O'clock", Landan "the barracuda"
and Austin "the shark" from Tennessee go fishin'

Today my fishing buddies were Dan "the man" and his son Landan "the barracuda" Smith   Tyler "8 O'clock" Clarkson, and Austin "the shark" Lincks from Nashville, Tn. These good old boys from Tennessee were a great bunch of guys and between the kings, cudas, bonitios , and the sharks we were on our way home after a half days fishing before I got a chance to catch my breath. Almost from the moment the first bait hit the water we had something or other hooked up at 8A reef.
I really did enjoy today because these guys don't get a lot of opportunity to go deep sea fishing and although we didn't catch any record sized fish we more than made up for it in quantity and at the end of the day they were able to take a bunch of fresh boned Kingfish filets home with them.
BTW, did I forget to mention that the weather was absolutely outstanding with fair weather and calm seas.

Final tally for the day:
8 Kingfish limit to 20# kept for the table
2 Bonito
Too many Atlantic Sharpnose Sharks to keep track of
1 Barracuda

Tyler and his first Kingfish

Austin and one of many Atlantic Sharpnose Sharks

Dan "the man" gets a King

Landon gets a king for dinner.

Austin follows with a nice 20# king.

Tyler gets a 20 pounder for the box.
