Today my fishing buddies were Dan Grzybowski and his buddy John who chartered me for a full day of fun in the sun. The idea was just to get out, catch a few fish, chill out and drink a few beers.
    We started our day as usual getting a live well full of lively pogies with one toss of the net of of Cocoa  Beach down just south of the pier. Back to 8A again since it has been so productive lately and it didn't disappoint again today. The bite was slow but steady and we were able to easily catch more than a limit of Kingfish along with a bunch of remora and a few Bonito.
    The weather was beautiful with the exception that it was hot as Hades.

Final tally for the day:
6 Kingfish limit to 20 pounds witha number of others released.
A half dozen pesky Remora.
3 Bonito released to fight again
