Today my fishing buddies was Doug Gilley and his wife. This is my first charter offshore This year due to weather and the horrible economy. I am definitely ready to get back to the work of fishing and showing folks a good time.
    The national weather service really missed the forecast and due to the inclement conditions we had to turn a full day offshore into little more than a half day. In spite of the conditions we were able to find one manta ray and were able to catch a barely keeper cobe of of it.
